This page explains how to reach us and how we handle support requests.

1) How to Contact Us

For any queries related to orders, shipping, returns, product issues, collaborations, or general support:

Best way to reach us: Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID for fastest resolution.

2) Support Hours

Customer Support Hours: Mon–Sat, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, except on holidays.
Messages received outside support hours will be answered on the next working day.

3) What to Include for Faster Help

When you message us, please include:

  • Order ID
  • Name used while ordering
  • Phone number used while ordering
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos/videos if relevant (damage/defect/unboxing)

4) Order & Delivery Support

We can help you with:

  • Order confirmation and status
  • Address corrections before dispatch
  • Tracking support
  • Delivery issues (delays, failed attempts, RTO)

Important: Once your order is dispatched, address changes is not be possible due to courier restrictions.

5) Damaged / Wrong / Missing Item Support

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item
  • Missing item(s) in your package

You must contact us within:

  • 48 hours of delivery (damage/wrong item)
  • 24 hours of delivery (missing item in the package)

Please share:

  • Photos of product + packaging + shipping label
  • Unboxing video is mandatory

Claims raised after the timeline shall not be accepted.

6) Returns / Refunds Queries

Return/refund requests will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy and subject to verification.

We do not support:

  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Refunds for normal color variation due to screen/lighting
  • Refunds after delivery is confirmed by courier proof-of-delivery

7) Behaviour Policy 

We love helping customers. However:

  • Abuse, threats, harassment, or repeated spam messages will lead to support refusal.
  • We may block communication and cancel future orders if misconduct occurs.

8) Resolution Timelines (Typical)

Most issues are resolved within:

  • 24–72 hours for basic queries (order status, address update before dispatch)
  • 3–10 business days for courier investigations and delivery disputes
  • 3–7 business days for approved refunds (bank timelines may vary)
