At Naughty Binodini, we create and ship products with care. Because many of our items are limited-run, made-to-order, and design-led, we keep our Return & Refund Policy fair—but also protective against misuse.
By placing an order on www.naughtybinodini.com, you agree to the policy below.
1) Important: When Returns/Refunds Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or refunds in these cases:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- You ordered the wrong product, size, or quantity
- Color variation due to screen settings/lighting (normal)
- Minor variations in print placement, stitching, or finish that do not affect usability
- Delivery delays caused by courier/logistics/weather/strikes/peak-season load (outside our control)
- Incorrect shipping details entered by you (wrong address/pincode/phone)
- If the package was refused, not accepted, or delivery failed due to customer unavailability
- If tracking shows Delivered and there is no dispute raised within the timeline (see Section 4)
- Products marked as Final Sale / Clearance / Non-returnable
- Customized / personalized / printed-on-demand items (unless defective or incorrect)
2) When We Do Accept a Return/Replacement
A return/replacement may be approved only if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The product arrived damaged, or
- The product has a manufacturing defect (not wear-and-tear)
Note: “Damage” means the item is unusable or clearly impacted (torn, broken, severe print damage). Minor packaging dents, slight creases, or tiny scuffs that happen in transit are not considered damage if the product is fine. This is based on our subjective review.
3) Reporting Window
To be eligible, you must notify us within:
- 48 hours of delivery for damaged/defective/wrong items
- 24 hours of delivery if the item is missing from the package (partial order)

- Order ID
- Clear photos of:
- Product issue
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Unboxing video is strongly recommended (and is an absolute requirement for damage/missing claims)
Without sufficient proof, we may be unable to approve a claim, as courier companies also require evidence during their investigations.
4) “Delivered but Not Received” Claims
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.
- Resolution depends on the courier’s proof-of-delivery (POD), GPS scans, OTP delivery confirmation, or recipient confirmation.
If the courier provides valid proof-of-delivery, the order will be treated as successfully delivered and no refund will be issued.
5) What We Offer If Your Claim Is Approved
If your claim is approved, Naughty Binodini chooses the remedy based on what’s most reasonable:
- Replacement (preferred and fastest), or
- Store credit (coupon/voucher), or
- Refund (only if replacement is not possible)
6) Refund Rules (When Refund Applies based on our subjective review)
If a refund is approved:
- It is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing time from our side: typically 3–7 business days
- Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the error is entirely ours.
7) Return Shipping & Condition Rules
If we approve a return:
- We may arrange pickup or ask you to self-ship (depending on location/serviceability).
- Items must be returned:
- Unused
- In original packaging where possible
- With all tags, inserts, and freebies (if any)
- Unused
If returned items show signs of use, damage after delivery, missing parts, or tampering, the return may be rejected and sent back to you.
8) Replacement Timelines
Once approved:
- Replacement is typically dispatched after we receive the returned product (if return is required) or after verification (for damage/wrong item cases).
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier.
9) Orders Returned to Us (RTO: Return to Origin)
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Wrong/incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer not available
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then:
- We can re-ship the order after confirmation (additional shipping charges shall apply), or
- Offer store credit after deducting shipping/handling, depending on the situation.
Refunds are generally not issued for RTO cases caused by customer-side issues.
10) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We take chargeback misuse seriously. If a customer raises a false dispute after delivery or uses the product and then attempts a chargeback, we reserve the right to:
- Block the account/future orders
- Provide evidence to the payment gateway/courier
- Take legal action if required
