This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Naughty Binodini (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on www.naughtybinodini.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1) Order Processing Time
Processing time means the time needed to confirm, prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the courier partner.
- Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
- Some products may take longer if they are:
- Made-to-order
- Limited-run/restocking
- Personalized/custom printed
- Part of a high-demand launch or festive rush
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
We reserve the right to hold an order for verification in case of suspected fraud, incomplete address details, or payment anomalies.
2) Shipping Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically are:
- Metro cities: 2–6 business days
- Other locations: 3–10 business days
- Remote/low-serviceable areas: 5–14 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Courier delays and operational backlog
- Weather conditions
- Strikes, disruptions, restrictions
- Peak season loads (festivals, sales events)
- Address issues or recipient unavailability
Naughty Binodini is not liable for courier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping partner.
3) Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
- Shipping charges may vary by:
- Location/pincode
- Order weight/volume
- Shipping partner availability
We may offer occasional free shipping promotions at our discretion.
4) Address & Contact Details (Customer Responsibility)
Customers must provide accurate:
- Full address
- Correct pincode
- Landmark (if needed)
- Active phone number/WhatsApp number
If the address/phone number is incorrect or incomplete:
- Delivery may fail, delay, or be returned to origin (RTO).
- Any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5) Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable).
Tracking status updates are controlled by the courier partner. Sometimes tracking may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after dispatch.
6) Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer not available
- Phone unreachable
- Refusal to accept
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- No response/OTP not shared (where applicable)
The package may be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases:
- We can reship the order after confirmation (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- We may offer store credit after deducting shipping/handling charges (depending on the case)
Refunds are generally not provided for RTO caused by customer-side issues.
7) Delivery Confirmation & “Delivered but Not Received”
Once tracking shows Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.
If you believe you did not receive your package despite “Delivered” status:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.
- Final outcome depends on courier proof-of-delivery (POD), GPS scans, OTP delivery logs, or recipient confirmation.
If courier proof-of-delivery is valid, the order will not qualify for a refund/replacement.
8) Damaged Packages / Tampering During Transit
If your package arrives:
- visibly damaged, torn, open, wet, or tampered
Please do this immediately:
- Take clear photos of the package and label
- Record an unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Claims without supporting evidence may not be approved because courier partners also require proof.
9) Partial Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:
- Product availability
- Different dispatch locations
- Packaging safety requirements
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
10) Gifts, Notes, and Special Instructions
If gift packaging or notes are offered on the Website:
- We follow the exact text provided by the customer.
- Naughty Binodini is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect instructions entered by the customer.
Courier partners do not guarantee special delivery requests like “call before delivery” or “deliver at a specific time,” though we may add notes where possible.
11) International Shipping (If Applicable)

- Customs duties/taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.
- Delivery timelines can vary significantly due to customs clearance.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

12) Right to Refuse Service / Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases including:

In such cases, a refund (if paid) will be initiated as per our refund timelines.
